“There were emails back-and-forth saying, ‘Too much side-butt.’ The effects team was like, ‘How much smoke do you want?’ and I said, ‘I want just enough smoke so that I don’t see the crack of his ass.’” - Jeff Davis

Shhh bb, c’mere. Sit on my lap. Lemme tell you a story about two brave boys, by the last name of Winchester, okay. And these boys, well, they’re what fairytales would be written after and warriors long to be. They’re strong, through think and thin, and most of all they had each other. And for a while — no matter how bad it got, it always looked like they were going to make it though.
But a storm hit the boys; a dark, rainy, deathly storm that took away the closest thing they had to a father, a car they called home, put a devil on little Sammy’s shoulder, and took away one of the best friends they ever had.
And those two brave boys? Well, it was getting harder and harder to be brave. But they tried, believe they tried. They tried. And they cried. And Dean drank and drank until he was too numb to feel pain. But that only hurt Sam, and it was a vicious circle.
But see, when that happens, and the little things in life allow them to smile — a real smile. A genuine, full tooth, lighthearted, from the gut laugh. Well it makes us so happy, that we’re sad.
Because we know these brave warriors deserve a chance to smile and deserve a chance to forget about all the bad things in the world (even just for a little), and be carefree.
Every one deserves a chance to be happy - even boys as brave as the Winchesters.
